1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms govern your access to and use of the jl26 online casino platform, including all games, features, promotions, payment services, and support functions available at jl26 (the "Platform"). By registering an account or otherwise accessing the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms, understand them, and agree to be legally bound by them.

jl26 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. 2. Eligibility

jl26 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to be in breach of age or eligibility requirements will be suspended immediately, and any winnings accrued during the period of ineligibility shall be void and forfeited.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Creating an Account

To access the full range of jl26 games and services, you must register a personal account on the Platform. During registration, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and current.

3.2 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on jl26. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. jl26 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and void any associated balances or winnings without prior notice.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jl26 username and password. You agree to immediately notify jl26 if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. jl26 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation. jl26 staff will never request your password via any communication channel.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

jl26 operates a Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification process in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit valid government-issued identification (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, or UMID card), proof of address, and proof of payment method at any time. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in suspension of withdrawal rights until verification is complete.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

jl26 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as made available on the Platform from time to time. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

Deposits are generally credited to your jl26 account promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. jl26 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking institutions, or network issues beyond jl26's reasonable control.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to jl26's verification procedures. You may only withdraw funds to a payment method in your own name that matches the method used for deposit, unless otherwise approved by jl26 in writing. jl26 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal.

Withdrawals will not be processed where:

• KYC verification has not been completed to jl26's satisfaction;
• The account is under investigation for suspected fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms;
• Applicable bonus wagering requirements have not been met;
• The withdrawal amount is below the applicable minimum threshold.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on jl26 are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified. Players are responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by their payment providers.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

jl26 is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of unlawful activities. 5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

jl26 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, validity periods, game restrictions, and maximum withdrawal limits, which will be set out in the applicable promotion's terms at the time of the offer.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

5.3 Bonus Abuse

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once;
• Using a bonus in coordination with other players to guarantee profits regardless of outcome (so-called "bonus hunting" or "matched betting");
• Providing false information to qualify for a promotion;
• Any other activity that jl26 determines, in its reasonable discretion, constitutes exploitation of the bonus system.

5.4 jl26 Bonus Discretion

jl26 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus, promotion, or offer at any time and without prior notice if jl26 reasonably determines that the promotion has been misused or that a technical error has resulted in an unintended offer.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the jl26 Platform operate using certified random number generation ("RNG") technology, ensuring that game outcomes are entirely random and not subject to manipulation by jl26 or any player. Each game category — including live casino, slots, bingo, and specialty games — is governed by its own specific game rules, which are accessible within the game interface.

In the event of a discrepancy between what is displayed on your screen and the outcome recorded on jl26's server, the server-side record shall be the definitive and authoritative record. jl26's decision on all game outcomes is final, subject to any dispute resolution process set out herein.

7. Responsible Gaming

8. Prohibited Conduct

• Providing false or misleading registration information;
• Accessing the Platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated systems to interact with the Platform;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain;
• Colluding with other players or engaging in any form of cheating;

• Registering more than one account on jl26;
• Engaging in chargebacks or reversing payment transactions without legitimate grounds;
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing jl26 staff or other players;
• Attempting to circumvent jl26's security systems or access other players' accounts;
• Any other conduct that jl26 reasonably determines to be harmful to the integrity of the Platform or other players.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the jl26 Platform, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, video, and the overall look and feel of the Platform (collectively, "jl26 Content"), is the property of jl26 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jl26 Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any jl26 Content without the prior written consent of jl26.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jl26 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of — or inability to use — the jl26 Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption.

jl26's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount you have deposited into your jl26 account in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jl26 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform and is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from technical issues, scheduled maintenance, network disruptions, or circumstances beyond jl26's reasonable control.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

jl26 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using jl26, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

jl26 implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect your personal and financial information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and jl26 cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

12. Amendments to These Terms

jl26 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly. Where changes are material, jl26 will provide notice to registered players through the Platform or via email to the address registered on your account.

Your continued use of the jl26 Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately and may request account closure.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of a dispute between you and jl26, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting jl26's customer support team. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

jl26's decisions with respect to game outcomes, account actions, and bonus determinations are final and binding, subject only to demonstrable technical error or fraud.
